When the DNase I and regulatory DNA are mapped together, digital genomic footprints are found. To sort out these footprints, they are interdependent on the density of the DNA cleavages. A large collection of the novel regulatory factor recognise the motifs which are highly conserved in both sequence and function they also exhibit the cell-selective occupancy patterns which are closely parallel to major regulators of development, differentiation and pluripotency (Dynan, W.
